All storage unit rentals are based on a minimum of one-month rental agreements. Each month begins on the first and ends on the last day of the month, regardless of the number of days in that month. Rental agreements that begin after the first of the month may be prorated for that initial period. However, all subsequent rental periods will begin on the first day of each month. This applies for both monthly and annual rental agreements. Each storage unit will be rented with a commercial-grade discus padlock and the two keys. A one-time lock fee will be charged at the end of the rental period, only if the lock and keys are not returned in good condition.
